Prompt, Honest and Supportive

I have purchased a package from TaxSpanner and thought that It will be smooth in terms of several clicks. That was my earlier experience with the TaxSpanner(BTW. I am using this site from 2016 to file my returns). But, at the end, to my shock, I was informed that they could not upload the ITR as Tax dept has yet to enable the service for ERI services, asked me to download the final JSON file and upload it on the e-Filing site. I tried the same thing and failed to upload the JSON file. This made me angry this time on tax spanner and wanted to try their customer care for the first time. I sent a mail to customer care. To my surprise, I got a prompt reply from my tax manger’Neelam Gupta’ and requested for some information. She solved my issues, my ITR was quickly uploaded by her and informed me about the same. I was able e-Verify immediately. This is something I liked very much where they took the responsibility and walked along with the customer till the end. This made my belief firm again on the TaxSpanner(Other wise, I would have stopped using TaxSpanner). Thank You very much’Neelam Gupta’ for your prompt help/support. I wish you and Taxspanner to support more people and be more successful firm.
